Refund policy

PT Time with Tim, LLC offers both digital and physical products. Please note that shipping methods and delivery timelines differ based on the item purchased.


PART A: PT Time with Tim, LLC (Digital Worksheets)
The following policy applies only to digital Home Exercise worksheets purchased directly from PT Time with Tim, LLC.
Refund Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Processing Your Request
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

PART B: Shopify Collective Products (Physical Equipment)
The following policy applies to all physical equipment (e.g., The Stick, GoFit, Rad Roller) fulfilled by our third-party partners.
Third-Party Policy Governance
The return and refund policy for these items is governed exclusively by the specific company that manufactured and shipped your product. PT Time with Tim, LLC is not responsible for any part of the return process, including return authorizations, shipping labels, or the inspection of goods.
The purchaser is responsible for requesting a return directly from the 3rd party company through the Shopify Collective. You can view the return policy for each company that is represented in the PT Time with Tim online store via the links below:
No Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed for Shopify Collective products. If you require a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds for these items can take up to seven (7) days from the supplier's receipt of the returned product(s). In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment.
