Shipping policy

PT Time with Tim, LLC offers both digital and physical products. Please note that shipping methods and delivery timelines differ based on the item purchased.
PART A: PT Time with Tim, LLC (Digital Worksheets)
All Home Exercise worksheets are digital PDF file downloads.
  • Delivery Method: Products will be immediately available for download on the order confirmation page upon successful payment.
  • Email Delivery: A download link to the purchased PDF files will also be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping Fees: There are no shipping charges for digital products.


PART B: Shopify Collective Products (Physical Equipment)
The following shipping terms apply to physical equipment fulfilled by our third-party partners (The Stick, GoFit, and Rad Roller).
Fulfillment & Tracking
  • Direct Shipping: These items are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse to your address.
  • Tracking: Once the supplier dispatches your order, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
  • Split Shipments: If your order contains items from different suppliers, they will arrive in separate packages at different times.
Returns Shipping & Labels
  • Label Creation: When you request a return for a Collective order, the product supplier is automatically notified.
  • Return Labels: Once the supplier approves the request, they will upload a return shipping label. This label will be automatically emailed to you at the address on file.
  • Processing Time: Suppliers will provide your return shipping label within 2 days from the time the return request is approved.
  • Return Address: Please use only the label provided, as it ensures the product is returned to the correct supplier warehouse for inspection.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for Collective items are calculated at checkout based on the supplier’s location and your delivery address. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
